Beware of enticing pictures of fruit on packages of cereal & other foods.
They may be nothing more than “gobs” sweetened with sugar, fruit flavorings & other additives.
- Check labels: “bits” or “crunchlets” are not fruit; “fruit puree” is mostly sugar
- Instead add fresh fruit to your cereal & other foods…tis the season for fresh fruit!
