- At least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 90 minutes of vigorous exercise a week may result in fewer
- People who exercise were less likely to have trouble
falling asleep, wake up too early, & experience less
sleepiness during the day
- Aim for a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise daily
